Payment Terms

Every charge, whether a manual top-up or an auto-reload, happens on Stripe’s own hosted payment page, which holds your card details. aidril receives only a confirmation that the charge succeeded.

Turning on auto-reload means you’re authorizing aidril to charge your saved card automatically, without asking again each time, whenever your balance drops below the threshold you set, for the reload amount you chose. This continues until you turn it off yourself. There’s no separate expiration.

If a charge is declined, the card has expired, or your bank requires additional authentication we can’t complete without you present, auto-reload turns itself off automatically. You’ll need to re-enable it, and re-save a card if needed, yourself.

Every debit from your balance corresponds to something you actually used, a completed session, an AI Matching batch, or a resume-tool run. The exact amount for any past action is always visible in your cost history, linked from the Billing & Usage page.

For talent specifically: a Job Dril you’re invited to, or personally invited to after an enterprise’s own matching search, is paid for by that enterprise. A Job Dril you self-serve from the open Dril Board draws from your own balance too, but not your welcome credit — that covers a Mock Dril, a Skill Assessment, or the resume tools, and a self-served Job Dril needs real funds beyond it.

If something looks wrong on your statement, talk to us first through the contact form before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most billing questions are faster to resolve directly, and a chargeback can take weeks either way.

Enterprises can add a tax ID (EIN, VAT, GSTIN, or equivalent) during checkout, shown on the payment record for your own invoicing. This is informational only. aidril does not currently calculate or collect sales tax or VAT automatically.
