Getting started
Every new account starts with a $10 welcome credit, to support profile setup and cover your first few Mock Drils or Skill Assessments, no card needed. A self-served Job Dril needs real funds beyond that credit. After that, it's pay-as-you-go.
A camera, a mic, and a recent version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari — that's the whole requirement.
About 25 minutes, live and on camera, straight through.
Your Current Level uses your best 3 of your last 5 attempts, so a single off day gets balanced out.
How a Dril works
Camera and mic stay on for the whole session. We flag tab switches and exits from fullscreen as a separate integrity note. Robustness, Substance, Ownership, Recovery, and Clarity are scored from what you answered. That flag stays separate.
Three ways: self-serve any open role on the Dril Board yourself, any time, no assessment needed; an enterprise invites you directly by email; or an enterprise personally invites you after their own AI Matching search.

Getting hired
An employer only sees you once you've started or finished a Job Dril, whether you self-served it from the Dril Board, were invited directly, or were personally invited after their own AI Matching search.
You get notified the moment they shortlist you, and they can send a connection request to start a conversation.
A Job Dril is shared automatically with the single enterprise that posted that role, and only that Dril. Everything else in your account stays private between you and aidril.
Privacy
Yes, any time, from Settings. It's instant and permanent — your account and every Dril session and result are gone immediately, with no recovery window.
Billing
Every billable action flags that it draws from your wallet before you start. When your balance runs low, top up with a one-time payment, $10 minimum, or turn on auto-reload to handle it for you.
By default, no — every top-up is a one-time payment. You can turn on auto-reload so your wallet tops up on its own when it runs low, and turn it off any time.
Anything already running finishes and bills as normal. You just can't start something new if your balance can't cover it.
Yes — set an optional monthly spend limit any time from your wallet. It's off by default.
