A Dril is an adaptive AI video interview. It asks follow-up questions built entirely around a specific role or a skill and gets you a Dril Card with a five-dimension breakdown of your performance, backed by timestamped quotes pulled straight from the transcript.

A self-served Job Dril draws from your own wallet — real funds beyond your welcome credit, which covers Mock Drils and Skill Assessments instead. An invited or personally invited Job Dril draws from the enterprise’s own wallet, never yours.

Starting a Job Dril runs the exact same adaptive interview as a Mock or Skill Dril. Nothing about the mechanism changes.
What changes is who sees it. The enterprise gets your full Dril Card: your scores and transcript, always. If they invited you directly or personally invited you after an AI Matching search, your full interview video uploads too, with your consent, kept for 90 days; if you self-served it from the Dril Board instead, your full recording stays only on your own device.

Every new account starts with a $10 welcome credit, to support profile setup and cover your first few Mock Drils or Skill Assessments, no card needed. A self-served Job Dril needs real funds beyond that credit. After that, it's pay-as-you-go.
Camera and mic stay on for the whole session. We flag tab switches and exits from fullscreen as a separate integrity note. Robustness, Substance, Ownership, Recovery, and Clarity are scored from what you answered. That flag stays separate.
